Covid-19 đã lan rộng trên toàn cầu với hơn 1,8 triệu ca nhiễm và hơn 114.000 người tử vong được xác nhận tại hơn 200 quốc gia và cùng lãnh thổ trên toàn thế giới
Với mục tiêu nhằm tằng cường sự hiểu biết và hậu quả của đại dịch Covid 19 bằng cách đưa ra các bằng chứng khoa học cụ thể về ảnh hưởng của kinh tế, xã hội liên quan đến Covid-19 tại 4 nước Đông Nam Á: Campuchia, Lào, Myanmar và Việt Nam, Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung (RLS) Đông Nam Á- Văn phòng tại Hà Nội kêu gọi các đề xuất nghiên cứu với các chủ đề/lĩnh vực như sau:
• Impact of Covid-19 pandemic on globalization / protectionism.
• Livelihood and economic alternatives in response to Covid-19 crisis.
• Access to health care among different social groups.
• Impact of Covid-19 on the Care Situation of Women.
• Impact on female migrant workers.
• Impact on domestic and overseas migrants.
• Discrimination towards Covid-19 virus positive / suspected people, and foreigners (who originate from affected areas/countries).
• Covid-19 outbreak and implications related to nature conservation.
• Public health care system: Implications from Covid-19 outbreak.
• Impact on the informal sector.
• Impact on the situation of people with disabilities.
• Impact of Covid-19 on domestic violence.
• Others
